During your training you will meet the challenge of Undercover and Covert Operations, Gathering Information from various sources, Conducting Record of Interviews, Taking Statements from Witnesses and Suspects, Understanding the operations of surveillance vehicles, and Court Proceedings.
Graduate investigators can be competently placed into areas such as Insurance companies, Surveillance teams, and both Government contracted and Private Investigations Departments.

Course Duration
Full time study: Minimum of 30-40 hours per week over approximately 7 weeks.
Part time study: Minimum of 5-15 hours per week over approximatley 52 weeks.
The duration of your course is dependent upon the hours that you dedicate to your studies. This is a competency based course, however it is expected that on a full time basis you can complete one unit per week.

Canidates seeking to obtain an Investigation licence in their relevant state MUST contact the state licensing authority for a thorough understanding of restrictions that may be placed upon them, for example Criminal convictions, pending charges and court appearances, restrictions of security licensing, citizenship status with State and Federal Police Clearances.
Licensing courses are NOT offered in NSW, Victoria or Western Australia.
